Does anyone have a nice recipe for a quick dessert/sweet that is cold (doesn't have to be frozen fridge cold is fine)?
Normally if we feel like something sweet I'll make up either a chocolate self saucing pudding or a batch of muffins. They are pretty easy and i usually have everything to make them in the pantry as they're just made from staple backing ingredients. But on hot days I'd love to make something that's not hot. We don't have an ice cream machine and I do have a no mix ice cream recipe but don't have the condensed milk for it often. So what else quick and easy can I make from staples in warm weather? I need to stop buying magnums  Chocolate flavour preferred but will consider others
