Hi ,

My hubby and I are celebrating our 10 year anniversary next wee. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on special gift or occasions. We live in Brissie. We have been together now for 15 years , but just stuck trying to think of something!

Thanks!

How sweet, obviously depending on the weather you could setup a nice table for 2 on the beach with candle lights, and have someone serve dinner to you, while you have a radio playing your favorite songs in the background, it will give you time to think back and smell the beautiful ocean air.

Never forget who you are, little star
Can you go away together overnight? Even if it is just to a lastminute.com 5-star hotel in the CBD and dinner somewhere nice?

Fly down to Sydney for the night, stay somewhere FABULOUS and go somewhere FABULOUS for dinner. Well, that's what I'd do original.gif

How traditional are you guys?

10th anniversary is aluminium/tin (traditional) or diamond jewellery (modern)

15th anniversary is crystal/ glass (traditional) or watches (modern)

Tin/aluminium -- windchime? sculpture or other art?

Diamond jewellery speaks for itself, really. wink.gif

Crystal/glass -- paperweight? gorgeous champagne flutes?

Watches speak for themselves too.

Either way, hope you have fun. 10 (and 15!!) years is awesome. Congratulations.

'I love you to the moon and back!'
My DH & I are having our 10th anniversary later this year too! As it is also our DD's 8th birthday, we are going to wait to celebrate untill the next day. Since 10th is a big one I figured when can celebrate this year, we usually dont because it is also DD's birthday!

I've decided that because it's our 10th, and our 1st anniversary in 9 years, lol, we should go back to the place we stayed on our wedding night, Marriott Brisbane Hotel! I know its a touch expensive, well it is for us anyway, so I'm saving some money so that hopefully my DH wont mind paying for a party, a present and then going away for our anniversary the next day!!!

Heres hoping!
