Hi all,

I had a friend who started to create a Wordpress website for my business and stopped mid way so I had to finish it up. I have no idea about website design so I just wanted to ask for a few opinions on what is good about it but especially what is bad. I would like to know if you can understand the services we are offering, if you can read it easy, if its attractive for potential customers. My website address is www.helphut.com.au

Thak you for your help

The font used for the top menus is hard to read.

Nice looking site. I agree with Brrroooce that the font in the menu's should change.

Generally speaking, a clean sans-serif font is best for that.

I am having troubles with the fonts because the theme I am using has Google fonts that Ive never heard of so its hard to pick the right one. Im used to those from Word...Ive changed the menu font now so hopefully is better. Thank you for your suggestion.

I think the text is difficult to read. The site is also quite busy.

Also, you don't mention where you offer services? Or if you do it isn't easy to find...

Thank you for your reply. The area was mentioned in the About us section but I added it on the home page as well. The text is difficult to read - is it because of the font used, the way is arranged on the page or the context? The site is busy - what do you mean?

I think the font doesn't help plus it is all quite squished. There is A LOT of information on each page. For example, I think having the expanded menu down the bottom plus the new page section with each service is probably overkill. I would just have them on the right and when people click they find out more. I found it overwhelming opening each section of the bottom one because by the end I had a huge page of writing.

I work in web design and I think you have done an excellent job for no experience. It's really well done!

You need to turn on mobile version.

Agree the font is horrible. Clashes with the logo and title font which are quite professional.
