 Pressure Cooker - What do you use yours for?, Just got a Breville Fast Slow Cooker |

Hi Everyone,
I just bought a Breville Fast Slow Cooker which sears, slow cooks and is a pressure cooker. I really only bought it for the searing / slow cooking functions (I always sear meat before I slow cook and am lazy so dont want to wash up another pan) but now that Ive got this new toy, I am keen on playing with the pressure cooker. What do you use your pressure cooker for? What is your favourite pressure cooker recipe? According to the instructions, food is cooked 70% quicker. So far Ive made...... vegetable soup - in 10 minutes. TIA |

I used mine for curries. The flavours really infuse into the meat/vegetables.
The new pressure cookers are a lot safer than the old ones with the valve on top. I was petrified of my old valve one. Always thought it might explode on me. |
