So, if you have a springfree, what size did you get?
We have the large oval.
Are you happy with your choice, wish you got bigger or smaller??
I'm happy with ours because it suits our needs. The length is great for kids wanting to kick a ball around in it or do flips and it doesn't take up a monstrous amount of space (we are on an acreage but I still didn't want the tramp to use up too much space)
We have friends who have the small round one and it suits their family perfectly. They have a small yard and demure children. We have other friends who have the super large round one and it suits them. They have boisterous boys who like to do tricks. They have the space for it, but it does dominate the visual space of their backyard.
How many children/adults can jump at once?
I have always been a believer in one at a time for safety reasons. I was intending on buying a second small round SF tramp so that two kids could jump at once, but my kids don't use it that much so it wasn't worthwhile. I have relaxed my rules because often, the kids don't use it for big jumps. They generally run around and enjoy the bounciness. If they do want to do big jumps, I ask that they take turns and the others stand on the edges. But I'm a bit of a safety freak.
the website says you need a space 5.8m x 5.8m, that is 2.4m on each side which seems excessive!
It's because the walls are springy too so it stretches out beyond the edge of the tramp frame. I know it isn't technically right, but I have seen kids use the walls as slingshot type things.
