LOL mine did this too. Not sure what it is but they can tell the difference between sitting and standing. If I sat down they would start crying, stand up and silence.

All three of mine have done this although once they fall asleep they don't mind if I sit.

or Fembo maybe...
Oh my lord, DS was the same, to a shocking extent! And till quite a late age - I remember using it as a kind of a 'party trick' when he was about 18mo and showing people how his 'crying button' went on if I sat, and off straight away when I stood. And this was when he could walk already, so if I sat, he would get down, take me by the hand, walk me away from the couch so I had to stand up, and then do the 'carry me' arms again.

Hah ha, I think they are all the same. A good rule is - if you are comfortable then they are not happy original.gif

Yep I think it's that!

Mine too, I could occasionally get away with sitting on the fit ball and bouncing, but usually I had to walk and sway/jig/pat/sing/hum etc etc.

I don't know how they know but they do. I couldn't even lean on a wall, I had to be standing. DD has a stage around 4-5 months where she would only feed if I was standing up. Thank goodness for my sling, it was murder on my wrists and back!
