curiouser and curiouser
I've had my 3 babies at Caboolture hospital and have had a great experience each time.

QUOTE
.in regards 2 facilities do they both have baths etc? R there certain things i should make sure they offer/provide? Just trying 2 get all the knowledge i can so i can make a clearer decision

Caboolture has a big bath in the bathroom in each birth suite. They've got the works as far as labour aids go (balls, birth seat squat things etc.) I can't praise the OB there highly enough. She cared for me through a very difficult third pregnancy and was always available to me and was very open and honest at all times. After three pregnancies I've only come across one yucky midwife and that was 7 years ago.

I've also had no problems with the reception staff and always found them friendly and helpful.

Happy to answer any other questions you've got re Caboolture.

Can't believe my baby girl is 1!
Caboolture you can labor in the baths but can't give birth in them. RBH has baths but they cannot be used (hospital policy).

Caboolture is very pro low intervention and have well appointed birthing suits. The birthing chairs are amazing (and very expensive). I was impressed with the set up.

Have to say I only ever hear negative things about Redcliffe too.

I have known friends and family to give birth at both and Caboolture seems to be the winner.
