It's hilarious this year. Those contestants are funny. The alpha male who couldn't build a raft made me laugh.

I watched it last night.
The eggs (Balut) were absolutely revolting and the alpha male raft building disaster was pretty funny. He gave up pretty easily - at the start of the show he said that he did not have a losers speech prepared as he was going to win, but he was ready to throw the towel in on the first leg when he found the raft building tough! yup watching it.
I lived in the Philippines and since I am vego never ate Balut But the raft building was so funny. That 'alpha male' dude needs to stop talking himself up - he is hopeless! |

OMG I had to close my eyes when that part was on, I was almost gagging just watching.
I love when the arrogant ones come on saying they will win, others are weak etc then they either get eliminated or stuff up badly and come next to last. It happens almost every time. lol The mini skirt lady with her hunners is just an embarassment, those shoes then a gstring under that skirt?? Wtf? I think that Dane is quite easy on the eye. |

I think that Dane is quite easy on the eye. Oh yes, very nice, I hope those cousins are around for a long time! Hunners lady is absolutely ridiculous and gross. I couldn't believe the balut challenge. I remember the first time I saw balut on Survivor years ago, and I've long said it would have to be about the last thing on earth I would ever eat. I'll try just about anything but would struggle with that. Eating 4 of them? No way. |

I taped it to watch later (I know one of the contestants). I stupidly watched it at lunchtime. Yuck, those eggs and the description of them - all while I'm eating my own lunch. Almost lost it

What did everyone think of the pass at the end (can't remember what they called it) for saving someone? That was a first episode thing, right? I missed the bit where they gave it out.

I've started watching it as well.
The eggs grossed me out - I would have been out of the race then and there. I thought the lady in the heels was funny, but she's obviously not quite as precious as she seemed seeing as she jumped straight in to the mud with the pigs. So I don't dislike her yet! I bet that cabbie was pretty happy with his big tip. Guess they missed the decimal point! As for the pass at the end, brought a tear to my eye. Was very cool to see someone being unselfish. I do wonder whether they would have made the same choice if the "alpha male' and his partner had finished last? Scootaloo - it was called a Salvage Pass, and they could save the last team from elimination or get an hour head start. It's brand new they said.
