The stars have aligned and DH and I were going to go see a movie tonight together for the first time in years. But as fate would have it there is NOTHING even remotely worth seeing at the moment.

MIB was awesome!!

What to expect isn't really all that funny, but watchable.

Prometheus - you really had to have watched the Alien films to truly enjoy it.

Rock of Ages is getting good reviews! And Tom Cruise apparently is quite the singer original.gif

"Hell is other people," Jean-Paul Sartre
I'm going to see Take This Waltz with Michelle Williams this afternoon by myself (bliss!!!!!!!!!). It's been very well reviewed.

We were going to see MiB ( I love those films, especially Tommy Lee Jones!) but the inlaws chose this week to go away, sigh. Now I have to wait another week to see it sad.gif

I agree - I had a look at sessions yesterday and my options were really limited...
The trailer for What to Expect... makes me want to vomit, Prometheus isn't my thing and Cabin in the Woods scares me...

I decided to stay in & read comic books instead!

There's a sing along version of Rock of Ages at Event Cinemas tonight, if I had a kid-free night, that's where I'd be going.

ETA: Is The Avengers still playing? That was AWESOME.
