Not sure if this is in the right category, but I was just wondering if anyone can recommend a yoga DVD for toddlers or even (and this might be wishful thinking) a mum & toddler DVD? Chasing personal recommendations otherwise I'll be scouting Amazon reviews (which I can't be bothered doing!).
Thanks muchly

I've used http://www.stretchnow.com.au/yoga/calm-om-yoga which is really good, very basic and simple. I actually did this with my baby and my then two year old joined in.
Also there is the ABC for kids cartoon Waybuloo that incorporates some basic moves as well and it is aimed at children.
There is a book 'itsy bits yoga' which is really worthwhile, there is a website http://www.itsybitsyyoga.com/itsybitsyyoga.htm. Again it is simple to follow, easy to read and offers quick, basic routines to introduce kids to yoga from a young age.
Have fun!

You might have seen my other post looking for a mother and toddler yoga class in Sydney. I ended up finding this DVD on eBay and have ordered it but it hasn't arrived yet:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Baby-Yoga-For-Todd...D/dp/B0002Z9XEM

I'll try to remember to post on here when I receive it and let you know what it's like. I got it for 8.50 GBP which is pretty cheap. The eBay seller had several copies (they are in the UK but its an eBay store so hopefully trustworthy).
