Inspired by something posted on here today entirely unrelated, I decided to do a search for the oldest record of my presence on the internet.

I went online for the first time in 1997, at 15. I mostly used yahoo chat
I can remember my old username, but the account has long since been deactivated, so I can't find anything related to that email address.

The oldest record I could find was on a Yahoo fan message board in 1998 squeeing over a minor celebrity. I've had a variety of different usernames since then, but can't find anything else too interesting.

Anyone gone digging on themselves?

Probably MSN messenger, but I have no clue what my email would have been. I think the very first thing I joined was Neopets, a game online, but I was too truthful when putting in my age so I couldn't use the chat/message systems on it.

I used to chat on an American college bulletin board as a 15 year old in 1994 Long since shut down...

I guess my earliest traces now are ICQ circa 1997 or so.

ummm 1996/97 one of them lol was my first email address just before i started high school.
However some random posted a pic of me from when I was 2, no one knows who posted it on the random website or where it was taken or who took it. None of us can figure it out. It appeared mid 2000's

I don't know if there are any records, but my god I was addicted to IRC (later mIRC) chat rooms around 1995ish

I've been trying to remember my very old ones but I'm sure they're long gone - I used to give my friend my password and she'd go in and take everything so I'd make a new one then she'd convince me to give it to her again. The oldest one I could get into is about 8 years. so many new avatars

I remember getting the internet installed at home when i was about 12 so that would have been 1995. I remember getting so frustrated when someone rang the house at it would cut the dial up out. When you googled me a year or 2 ago several professional references would come up. Now it looks like i have dropped off the internet planet.
