Full Version: constipation on Karicare Gold Formula

Hi, I have a six week old baby daughter. She was in the beginning in S26, but didn't do well because of the apparant high iron levels in s26 gold. I was advised to put her on Karicare Gold, but ever since then she is constipated and screaming before doing a poo. I also suspect that she is getting something like haertburn, as I can not put her down flat after her feet. I was advised to use prune juice or coloxyl drops, but for how long continiously can that work? Should I change my formula?
