I have started going to a Mum and Bub's Aqua Aerobics class which we love. The babies sit in a little floaty thing and the mum's do their aerobics using the baby in the floaty.

It's great fun and seems to be working!

I have also heard of Yogababy classes which is obviously a yoga class which you take your baby too. I was always going to do this but I never got around to it.

I'm not sure what state you are in but we are in SE Qld if you want the details I can pm you.

I do situps with DD sitting on my tummy and her back and head resting on my thighs. I make sure I'm holding onto her when I do a situp. When I come up I say 'peekaboo' and she gives me a big grin.
