Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right forum but I'm assuming most of you reading this do the cooking in your household.
Do you know if you can substitute in recipes chicken breasts instead of thighs?
I find thighs too fatty.

Yes I have done this before and worked fine.

Theory goes that because chicken breast is so much leaner you don't cook it as long or it will go tough. Chicken thighs are generally used in casseroles as they can be cooked for a longer time without toughening.

It would depend on the meal as to whether you could substitute successfully. You might just need to modify the cooking time.

Yes I think they taste much better, I am not a fan of thighs and I always use breast instead.
