ONE I USUALLY DO IS COOK A CHICKEN BREAST THEN DICE UP QUITE SMALL AND MIX A SMALL AMOUNT OF MAYO IN TO IT. I HAVE THIS WITH AVOCADO OR EVEN THINLY SLICED CUCUMBER. I LOVE SUSHI TOO AND IS EASIER THAN I FIRST THOUGHT ASWELL.

We make sushi a lot, mostly with avacado, cucumber, fried tofu. I want to go the Japanese supermarket in North Melbourne to pick up some Inari pockets too. I also want some of those yummy yellow pickled veges to go inside to make authentic futomaki. Yummmm. My mouth is watering. Andrei actually loves sushi so much, it's his favourite food.
I bought him a full set of play sushi from ebay. It has pretend nori sheets and all the fillings and little prestuds to keep it all together. He loves it and it's machine washable wink.gif

We love our sushi here as well. tongue.gif
We usually do the chicken breast in terriaki (sp) sauce.
Or salmon, avocado, cucumber.
Tinned tuna mixed with mayo and a bit of salad onion. with avocado.
You can get crab stick from the supermarket to make california rolls.
I have fried mushrooms and asparagus and put them in rolls.
Prawns, cucumber and avocado.
The sky is the limit really.

Oh yummo it all sounds delicious. I got about 30 to 40 slices from my first lot and it is so cheap and filling. Looks as though it will take my family a while to be converted though..... ph34r.gif oh well the more there for me LOL I will have it for lunch and dinner all week!!

Thanks for inspiring me - I'm having some lovely sushi right now. With the warm weather coming up I think sushi and rice paper rolls will be regular light dinners for us. cool.gif
