I was reading on a website that if you have an oversupply of milk, one way to ensure that baby is getting all the hindmilk is to feed 2 feeds in a row off the same side. I usually feed off the one side and tend to have a lot of milk (esp overnight and mornings). DS' feeds are quick and he doesn't always empty the breast in the one feed so to do 2 feeds in a row off the one breast would not be a problem in terms of supply.
Has anyone ever done this?
Can anyone see any problems with doing this?
THe other suggestion was breast compressions- anyone used this method?
Thanks
