OK, yet again I have bought 2 roast chickens for $13 at Safeway so I need inspiration for using one up tomorrow night. This evening we had chicken and veg lasagna (yum) and we are totally over wraps and tacos sick.gif . Any quick, yummy and nutritious suggestions?

Cheers, Regi

- Chicken & Mushroom Macarroni Cheese?? Have a recipe from a mag for that one! lol.
- Chicken in Fried Rice?
- Warm or Cold Chicken Salads? Add dressings to suit - warm: fry chicken in cajun type seasoning. Cold: caeser style.
- Quick Chicken spaghetti - add chicken to standard tomato blend and add pasta
- Chicken Quiche

Does anything sound appealing? lol.

Cheers for your efforts! smile1.gif Regi
