Bridgeta - it's a large, so it would probably be to big for Kynan to wear straight away. But it is sooo nice for a boy set.

manlou - yes, don't look - that would be the wise thing to do. She has some very pretty nappies up there now.

I just resold my VBSN & cover. The cut didn't suit Kynan, and a cute CGR would certainly soothe the disappointment somewhat.

mumworkingos - I didn't like snaps and only bought aplix nappies before but now I love love love my snaps nappies, even more so than applix. They are so much easier to put on because I just snap it at the same place every time where as with aplix if DD is moving around I have to adjust it a few times. I haven't got a CGR though so no idea what they are like.

mumworkingos - I understand what you mean about the snaps and not suiting you as some styles don't suit us either... but I can understand the owner not wanting to do applix too because she is getting so many nappies up each week which I take my hat off to her... for a single person this is a big feat... nappies take a long time to make and doing something different when you are under so much pressure can just make it too hard - It is altering her design so I guess that would be why.

You will never fully please everyone, but I believe she has come up with a beautiful unique absorbent nappy and it is also very very well made!!!!!

Chels - they can vary a little by a few dollars or so. My firetruck one cost me $40 ($34 + $6 postage). I think given the extra detailing, they are relatively good value compared to many AIOs in the market place.

By the way, I spoke to my mum, and asked if she could make a couple of shirts for Kynan to co-ordinate with my CGR firetruck/dalmations and my 2 wildchild nappies. She did a shirt for my nephew with an iron on patch of a fire truck and embroidered a dalmation chasing the truck! I have put an order in with my own WAHM! Kynan may have his own matching CGR set, even if the top is not from CGR!
