Just wondering...if there is same name photography business but in another country can you still use the name...ie i wanted to use my initials dmc photography (just for the moment) but there seems to be a lady in the uk with the same
I'm no expert, but i can't imagine it's a problem...if it were a business in your own state you probably couldn't register the same (or even similar) name..but another country i wouldn't be worried about.
