Hi my daughter has is 13months old as all of a sudden seems to wake in the night...quite happy, last night she was awake for 3 hours only went back to sleep with a bottle...which I have only done on 2 occasions since about 7months...My question is do kids have a unsettle period around 12months? she has been waking almost on the dot at around 12.

YES, YES AND YES!!!

Well all three of mine did anyway. If not on the 12 month mark then shortly after.

We also had the nap disruption too.

Unfortunately I don't think there is much you can do but encourage them to go back to sleep in whatever method you do.

Thanks Julie plus, I think it may be bubs molars, she wont eat any solids after about 3 in the afternoon and is sooooo unsettled, dosn't want to have a bath or do things she loves. We have been giving her panadol with little effect...so hopefully when the molars come threw things will get to normal wink.gif
