My daughter has 600ml - 3 x 200ml sippy cups. She drinks cows milk and LOVES it.

She has one on waking in the morning (7am), one after lunch and the final one after dinner.

I've read various reports about how much milk they need. My daughter just loves milk and this just works for us.

Unfortunately Marcus was never a milk drinker..but we do manage to get at least 300mls per day into him..sometimes more..we too use a combination oif Sippy Cups...during the day..just to try and get some milk into him...oh and..he always has yougurt or custard...to try and build up the milk/calcium factor..

My DD is a bit older, 21 months, but has been having one sippy cup per day for a long time now, i.e. 200mls. I'd love her to have more but she's never been a big eater or drinker.

My DD is 12 months, now drinking 480mLs per day from bottle (one at breakfast, one one at night) and 300mls of water from a cup/sippy cup/bottle (depending on which she fancies that day) throughout the day time.

We had a little stint there where she refused food altogether and was on 1-1.25 litres of milk over 24 hour periods cool.gifo: Thank god the doctor sorted THAT out. I was at my wits end.

Just reading and it seems we had the same prob as Foof, but in reverse! lol

Hope that helps!
