Hi guys,

New week again...

Weigh in for me again tonight. After 2 weeks of great losses, this week I stayed the same. Not sure how I feel about this. I don't think I over ate but I wasn't particularly focused. Suppose I should be happy it wasn't a gain.

Leanne, Welcome! I HAVE to start drinking more water too. I drink far too much diet coke but I treat it like a snack though so I guess if I don't drink it, what I'm going to put in my mouth instead?!

Well I'm stupid! I just realised why I stayed the same weight - could it have been the sugar bender I went on on Saturday?!!! I deserved to put it on the way I binged!!

Good luck this week everyone,
Michelle

I am nervous - I have my first weigh in tonight - i think I should do ok as I did not eat anything all day Saturday - just threw up and had the runs from the bug I picked up of DH and DD!!

I have been focussed and drinking lots of H2O and eating very well so fingers crossed - will let you know in the morning!

Keep strong everyone and good luck for the week ahead. Michelle - keep those binges to a minimum but it is so hard not to have one once in a while.... you have been so good and will get straight back on track now - I just know it. I think you are gorgeous anyway!

Good luck for tonight Lyndal, I'm sure you will be fine.

Michelle don't beat yourself up to much. I always look at it, that you didn't put on. So good luck for nest week.

Well hope eveyone has a good week. Catch up with you all soon.

Hi Ladies.........

Well all the hard work and determination worked..... Weigh in on Thursday morn and I lost 1.4 kg this week.. Yeah!!!!! original.gif
I am so pleased with myself, I think I am only just realising how hard all this can be......... I have been overweight all my life and this is the first time I have really had to loose weight..... It would have been good to loose some for my wedding but dh wanted to marry me anyway!!! (that's love for you.....), but know my doc's are telling me I have to loose weight so an ephi will work on me......
When we lost our girls I had an emergency c/s and because I was sooooo sick they couldn't get an ephi to work so I was asleep through the whole thing & they don't want this to happen again (niether do I really)......... So off the weight is coming and I am back on track, thank God....

So, congrats on the loses this week girls...... Tounge1.gif

Hi guys!!!

I dont have my exact weight in my mind at the moment (i think it is 87.20 ~ 14.20 Kgs lost)

I really wanted to post a few congrats!!

Well done to you Trace!!! .50 is awesome this week I lost .55 so we are so the same!!!!

Nenes!!! Awesome work Lovey...I am so very proud of you and your loss so far - keep up the good work the rewards are amazing.
Your husband and angels must be so very very proud of you too!! Good on you. I am so happy
Keep it up and keep us posted!

Dill - sorry to hear the sad news about your aunt. I am very sorry and you will possibly have a loss through the loss of tears. My thougts are with you.

Blue_bells - well done on the .50 also, it seems to be the wieght loss average for this thread this week - LOL

Lyndal31 - How did you go??? I am sure it was fine especially with all the H2O being consumed there...
Let us know - dying to share.....

Michelle M - Thanks for the compliments on the inches! I am impressed with the loss in inches compared to the loss in kilos - mabey I should post what they were and are now to help others see its how easy it is.....Staying the same over a few weeks is ok - maybe try to incease one component of your exercise for example - if you walked 40mins walk 45 if possible it helps...

I am waiting for AF to arrive so I can start the clomid! I lost 2.0 kilos last time on clomid, so I hope its the same this time round.....
Does anyone else take provera to bring on their AF?

Hope this fins you all well - Keep up the awesome work!!!

Sorry if I missed anyone and looking forward to reading some more success stories tonight.
I couldnt get out of bed this morning so I am off to the gym this afternoon! Hmmmmm - busy gym time.

Bye for Now - BREE

Oh you girls are all so inspirational, thank you for sharing your weight loss journeys.

I'm off to a great start, first week back on the program and I have lost 2.2kg. Hope to maintain the momentum and keep tracking this week.

People who track will become at-track-tive.

Hello ladies,

Thank you for asking after me - I had to travel back home (south coast) after my WW meeting last Wed night cos DD was still sick and Nan and Pop got the bug we had so I had to go and rescue her, hence not at work so couldn't log in to give you my news, which is;
I lost 4.5kg in my first week!! I think it was from all that throwing up I did so I will see if it evens out this week.

I have been walking every morning with my neighbour pushing our prams along! It is lovely to chat to her and we go for about an hour so doing well so far. Have been eating well too although DH bought me chocolates home the other night - Ferero rocher, they are 1 1/2 pnts for 1 so I had 1 on top of my WW ice cream and was still within my points and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Congrats to all the losses and the "stay the sames" cos it is much better than putting on! Thanks for the measurements Bree - it is amazing to see how many inches have gone never to return heh!

good luck for the weeks ahead - talk soon

k~leigh
Lyndal, wow 4.5kg, that is fantastic!!!!!! What a great start. Keep doing what you are doing. (except being sick, lol)

Bree, I will post my measurements, but not today, maybe tomorrow. original.gif Well done on your .55 loss.

Janene, 1.4 loss is great. Congrats to you!!!

Seems like there was a lot of .5 losses this week.

Well, I have been very slack and put on .4 as of last Wednesday. I have not been tracking at all and Ice cream and tim tams have been my bestest friends. I have been better this week, but not tracking again, so if I don't put on any I will be happy about that.

So, weigh in again tomorrow, I will post back then.

Good luck ladies, and stay on track (says me who has been op for 2 weeks blah)

Kimberleigh
