I know this topic was recently discussed but I can't seem to find results when searching.

So, can anyone recommend a good home Pilates DVD/video to enable me to exercise at home?

I did want to go to classes but it just seems to be impossible for me at the moment.

Thanks in advance.

I have been finding that "Pilates for Dummies" really good. I was recommended it from a friend who also has had good results. The session goes for around 26 minutes and I can guarantee you will feel the results.
