can anyone help me i just want to know of people that use herbalife, and does it really work? and what do you do?
~Karlee~
Hi
I have seen a lot of people that have had success from being on Herbalife, I used to do it as a business from home! To be honest I didnt really like the taste so had a hard time sticking to it, you basically have ot replace two meals a day (usually breakfast & lunch) with a "shake" and tablets, depending on what program you pick is how many tablets you take but can range from about 4-10 each time you have a shake and a meal. I have never really been able to take tablets so this was hard for me also. I have been thinking about starting again to get rid of my extra weight and as I alreayd have products wont cost me anything now. If money isnt an option for you then go for it, cant hurt too try. It is expensive for some people just depends on how much weight you want to loose and what program you choose. From memory it ranges from $120-$340 a month. Feel free to pm me if you want more info, i can also give you a site to go and see results people have had using them. Good luck with whatever you decide.
