Hi Everyone, hope you all had a good weekend !!

I was shocking from Thursday through to late Sunday night. SS was out the door, but i guess i had an excuse. My partner and I split up sad.gif Have started again today with a vengance, and skipped a beautiful strawberry cheesecake for a collegues birthday today so was impressed with myself. Dont feel guilty about the weekend as such just sick of moving forwards and then going backwards again.

I cant wait till the weight is all off and then i can enjoy myself again and not feel so bad all the time whilst scoffing down the chocolate bars Tounge1.gif

Hi,

I pick up my program on Wednesday, I don't know why but I feel very nervous about it. I fear there is so much that I will have to cut out.

Sorry to hear about your break-up Leiulou. I hope it was all very civil.

Everyone seems to be hiding this week - maybe because of the school holidays?

I had a bit of a disappointing weigh in on Saturday - only .5kg gone but then again I suppose it is better than nothing or a gain!

I am still really struggling with breakfasts - first couple of days in the week I am good then it just goes down hill. It is a time thing but also I really am not hungry at 8am in the morning nor feel like eating - has anyone got any creative ideas about tackling this?

Thank God! Somebody IS here! Tounge1.gif

Yeh breakfasts are a challenge for me too... I usually have yoghurt with fruit in it and the seeds but I'm beginning to gag on the seeds... I just hate them. ARGH. I can't even get through it all now... it's too much.

Weigh-in on Saturday... 3rd week!

Hi all,

For breakfast I usually have the 3 crackerbread with 30g of avocado (this is allowed to replace olive oil) and then top with the amount of light mozzarella cheese I am allowed per day and grill under the griller until brown. It has turned out to be my favourite meal of the day as I am sick of meat etc and have veges comming out my ears, and don't eat yougart. You can replace the sunflower seeds with 5 almonds per day so there are less seeds per day.

I was beginning to wonder where everyone was as well!!

Its been 2 weeks nearly 3 and i have no lost anything sad.gif I have been 95% OP most of the time. Could this make that much of a difference ?? Anyone have any suggestions how to kick start the weight loss again ? Dont have a consultant as plan expired a couple of months ago so I get no help there. U guys are it... not to put the pressure on you or anything.

Hope you are all doing a hell of a lot better than i am.

Lou

I would so rather have almonds!!!

I'll have to talk to my consultant on Saturday. I just can't deal with the seeds! And I'm sick to death of having natural plain yoghurt every morning! (thats just because im lazy! I make it the night before so i dont have to prepare anything in the morning Tounge1.gif)

Hi All,

Well I've been on SS for exactly 4 weeks and had my measurements done this morning - I've lost in total 23cm's!! I was so happy! I've lost 8kgs in total too!

Can I just say that I think we should be careful about saying you can replace something with something else, because I asked my SS consultant about the oil and swapping it for Avacado and she said no way I am not allowed. My sister asked about getting rid of the seeds and having something instead and she was told the only alternative to seeds is tablets! Anyway, good luck with everything!

Hey all!

Another weigh in this week and only lost .5...little dissapointed in the loss but i suppose a loss is a loss! Pretty much down a size now....yay!

Been on SS 3 weeks now..get my measurements done next week so I am looking forward to that.

Wendy
6.5 gone....25ish to go.
mandyme
I agree ChrisMitchell. There would be no way I would replace anything without talking to my SC first. I hope I am able to change from seeds to tablets!!! Just thinking about them is making me gag... :|

4.5 down... 15 to go!!!

Hey Girls... I am an old SSer from waaaaaaaaaay back... occasionally I pop in here to see whats up in SSland! I still need to get some kilos off (understatement of the century) and was wondering if any one here has re-joined, gone back after the program time has finished? If so, what is the deal... ALSO, has anything much changed with SS lately... I vaguely recall reading something about SS having their own flavourings etc... I'd be so grateful if any of you lovely losers could update me before I work up the courage to call my old clinic and invite myself back... Cheers and here is to great losses for you all this week... Well I went for my weigh in today and lost 1.5 kg so I am happy with that, I would have rather lost more but I had a hard week with visitors and their 4 kids + my 2 kids so it was a mad house, will have to try harder this week to get some more exersise in and drink more water.
have a good weekend everyone

Hi Tuzi

I went back to my clinic a few weeks ago and they let me go back without paying anything but there were major dramas with the clinic so that had something to do with it.

As far as I know nothing has changed except they don't reccommend you use Splenda anymore, that is all the consultant told me, stevia instead but in saying that I still have splenda.

They do have their own spices but haven't tried them yet so I can't comment on them at this stage. From memory I think you need to pay $20 per consultation after your contract has expired but don't quote me on that.

HTH
Nicky
