I was looking at this too 
but cringed when I saw the pictures on her site under success stories...kinda put me off a bit, but it is really cheap (well compared to optifast)

I gave it a go and found it no different to what I buy now from the supermarket. I also pay half the price at the supermarket. I am keen on trying Optifast though.
