GOLD!
I hope everyone is having a great start to 2009 so far. I've finally started putting a dent in the house work. Unfortunately though, not before my new FIL and his wife came for their first ever visit (I was so embarrased) to our house. Just wanted to share that B called Shane Dad tonight, I think it made his night.
I better head off for now. I am so tired and have work again tomorrow.
I hope everyone is going well and hugs to all.

Hey girls,
Dinner is in the oven cooking so have afew minutes to hop on and say hello. DH took Ash to his parent's place for the day so it was nice to be on my own. My parents actually came around and asked if I'd have lunch with them LOL so I ended up going across to the shops to meet them for lunch and had a lovely time chatting with them. They wanted me to come with them to a local furniture store to show me a couple of sofas they were wanting to get and to get my opinion on which they should get and what colour. That was fun and they've now ordered one
Anyway, I did some grocery shopping on the way back and then started doing more cleaning. Got quite abit done. Will do more over the next two days as Ash will be at my in-law's place tomorrow and my parent's place on Tuesday

Will give me a chance to sort through stuff and clean out. Such a nice feeling to declutter LOL.
Tanya,
on Brianna calling Shane Dad. I bet that would have just made him feel the best!!! Thats fantastic!! And WTG on making a dent on your housework. Nothing like a new year to encourage the cleaning bug hey?
AJ, good on you for making this year your year!!
Gail, love your new new sig!! LOL
Caroline, AWWWW that is just the most gorgeous pic!!! Max is so adorable, you've made me clucky big time. I've been wondering whether this will be the year for our 2nd bub. Just really want to get a house first so not sure about a bub this year, maybe getting pg this year? We'll see. With luck it won't take so long this time around to get pg

Ok dinner is just about ready I think. Hope everyone has had a good weekend!! May pop in again tonight...

AJ, with all you have been through, I certainly wish you the very best for your best year ever, you more than deserve it! I hope you achieve all you set out to achieve and more!
Caroline, OMG! how much does Max look like Jack in that pic. Do you have a pic of Jack at a similar age/pose? Just curious. I have to agree with Berny, I am also majorly clucky although, I doubt this will be the year for us. Max is just so adorable, just want to reach through and cuddle him with each pic I see

.
Berny, WTG on the IL's wanting your opinion on lounges, that must have felt pretty good. I'm happy that B called Shane Dad, she doesn't say it all the time but, I think, with time she will say it more. I did tell her though, that I am happy for her to start calling Shane Dad, when she is ready. Hopefully this year will be it for you guys

. It sounds like you're going well with decluttering. I'm not sure how I will go. Besides work, I have both girls home when I'm not at work. School doesn't go back till around the 29th of Jan, don't know how much I can achieve with them underfoot, lol.
Better head off for now. I need to get the girls lunches packed, my work bag sorted, make sure Shane's work clothes are ready to go and do a little more tidying up in our room.

Wow this is the earliest I've been up in awhile LOL. Ash is going to my IL's place today. DH and I are heading out for a day together which will be nice. Just about to go shower while both are still asleep
Tanya,
It was actually my parents not my ILs darl

They were so excited about the lounge and yes it was nice to be asked for my opinion. They'd picked a couple of lounges they liked and wanted to know which one I thought was nicer and then what colour. It actually made me want to go furniture shopping for ourselves as well!! LOL. I seriously can't wait to buy our own place. Have been thinking about it more and more, even went to afew sites last night to look at loan choices etc. Just taking that first step thats scary kwim?
Alright, better go have my shower and then do afew things before getting Ash up and ready. Have a good day girls. I'll be back abit later

Hi guys
Hope you all had a great weekend. We have been going out to the lake a fair bit lately with all the public holidays. I'm so sore from the kneeboard. I was going to try to wakeboard yesterday, and Jason was showing a friend how to do it, and it just look soooo hard when his mate was trying to get up, anyway, i decided it was for another day
Tanya That's so sweet B calling Shane dad. I bet he was just so stoked. My house really needs a good clean today, washing, kitchen, floors, everything
Caroline Awww Max is gorgeous,

he has changed so much already.
Berny I love going furniture shopping, so much fun!! I hope you guys get a house this year, although you might wanna pull your socks up as i heard the market is going back up!!
Gail It's nice to *see* you back in here!!
AJ Good for you!! I hope you meet all your goals and do what YOU want to do!!
My sister rang me earlier to see if i could babysit my neice and nephew for 3 hours today. Anyway, she said between 12 and 3pm, then when she was saying goodbye, she said, ok, i'll drop them off at 11.30am.... and i'm thinking, well that's not 3 hours now is it

I don't mind, my kids love playing with them, although, they start to learn some colourful language when they hang around them, but what can you do??

I feel so much happier in myself and that this year is mine and the kids year to shine!!

oh we had some dramas here tonight....
Noah and Mackala were playin on the trampalene and Noah kicked mackala in the mouth, blood and tears!! She has 2 bung up lips and a blood blister under the top one her teeth have been moved backwards and I think the nerves might be dead so she might end up with black/grey teeth, still her baby ones tho...So after the swelling goes down its off to the school dentist as they are open school holidays and then see what damage is done
I feel so bad, have been in the dumps all night
She has been alseep now for a while...will see what tomorrow brings...Shes more upset that we arent going swimming now....night all....

05/01/2009, 10:17 PM
OUCH AJ... That must have hurt...
I remember 12 months ago, James was jumping off the kids table, and ended up putting his teeth through his top lip... His 2 front teeth are grey, but the dentist told me that it's ok as long as it's the baby teeth..
Well we went down to the beach tonight, and OMG I'm soo in love with my camera. I got some brilliant shots.. I'll be back a bit later with some of them, still uploading them..
Sebby
05/01/2009, 10:42 PM
Rene, this lake you guys frequent sounds so lovely, you should show us some pics if you have a chance!! You're certainly more game then I am with the kneeboard, LOL. I've got such dodgey knees as it is

How did you go babysitting? Was it 3 hours in the end? Hehehe...
AJ, oh no poor Mackala!! That would have been sooo painful poor darl. Hope she's alright in the morning and the swelling goes down. Any mouth injury just bleeds and bleeds hey? Let us know what happens with the dentist. Some friends of ours have a DS same age as our Junies and he fell off his bed when he was about 2yrs. One front tooth came lose and had to be taken out. The other one went right back up into his gum and slowly came back down again so poor little guy has one front tooth till his adult ones come through. He manages fine though. Hopefully Mackala's will just be abit grey but otherwise fine

Don't feel so bad darl, these things happen. Kids will be kids and you couldn't have prevented it from happening
Gail, WOW your beach pics sound awesome, can't wait to see them

Well we ended up having a pretty good day. Dropped Ash off at IL's place and then DH and I went out for the day. We had lunch at a place called Hokka Hokka that does these noodle boxes where you choose a type of noodles and some ingredients plus a sauce and they fry it all up for you. Was SOOOOO yummy!! DH got a szechuan one and I got a terayaki one. Was absolutely divine and wish they had one closer to us LOL.
Went shopping afterwards and found DH a shirt, then we found a crystal decanter and goblet set on special so picked one up and am very happy with that

Tomorrow, Ash is at my parent's place for the day and I'll be spending my day doing more clearing out and will hopefully be able to reorganise our garage as well, get more stuff stored down there. Thats the plan anyway, supposed to be a scorcher tomorrow though, so will have to see how I go, may be too hot in the garage LOL.
Hope you've all had a good day!!

Can't miss an oportunity to meet you and that will be the closest we'll get until the kids are a bit older and we go up there for a Holiday!!
Tell Brett to get his butt into gear and get the boat in the water for a ski.... so much fun, and relaxing and refreshing... and everything else that goes with it
Berny Yeah we really love the lake, except my left ankle has been hurting for a bit over a week, i think it's from the kneeboard. It's the back of my ankle, so hopefully it will fix itself, nothing to worry about really.
Next time we go out (more than likely SUnday) i will take some pic's and show you!!
Gail Those photo's are gorgeous!! They look very professional!! What kind of camera do you have? I WISH i could take photo's like that!!
AJ OMG, Poor Mackala!!! Hope she is alright poor thing!!
We're going to Tuross Heads for a few days this week. We were going to leave Thursday and come home Saturday, but i think i might try and persuade Jason for us to go up Wednesday night instead, that way we'll get a whole day in. I think it's about a 6hr drive. I want to take the kids to the beach as they have never been before, i think they'd love it!! They love the lake which is just dirt and water

no sand, so i think they'll like the beach alot more!

Hey guys remember me lol

Poor Max has had BAD constipation since Friday so we have doen it all to get him moving, hes going each day but with so much help, even had to do baby suppositories

and now we are changing his formula from a dairy one to soy which is what Jack and Charla were both on, but they said in the SCN not to out him on soy

only had 1 feed with 1/3 of the coy in the dairy so far (as u must slowly mix it to change it) and hes able to poo
Anyway busy with all that atm and he was weighed and measured today and he has grown
5 cms since birth!...he is 51.5cms and weighs 3.360kgs...put on 380gms in 1 week
Also Today was his actual EDD

ETA-OMG Gail you legend!!!!!Those pics are awesome!!!!!!!

Okay, some quick personals and I will let you know what is happening here.
Alanna - Ouch on Mackala hitting the concrete. I will never forget when Thomas was just about 1, he slipped in the bath, and whacked his mouth. with all the blood we whipped him off to the hospital, to sit there until about 1am. I know it was my first mothers day. Chris felt horrible, and I didn't fele much better. Fortunatelay all was alright. I know how you feel/felt. Good on you for making this year your own.
Caroline - Oh Max is so gorgeous. I'm sure I have seen a pic of Charla similar to your sig. Oh no on the consitpation. I know why they say no to soy, it is a high allergen. But not much you can do, they need to poop.
Bernie - Men hey. I nearly threw a knife at Chris because he was annoying me so much. I was cutting up lunch and we were having a discussion about his phone, which wasn't working, and he was giving me a hard time. I opted to walk out of the house before I screamed at him. I really felt like throwing that knife though (just kidding!)
Not much has happened here. I really didn't get to see much of Bolt. Amy was too restless. So I spent most of the time outside walking around the block near the cinema. We looked at the wedding dresses at the shop over the road, and a dew other shops, but mainly just let Amy wander, including chasing the mudlarks. She kept walking behind them saying 'birdie' it was so cute.
After that, we bought fish and chips and had them by Lilydale Lake, which was really relaxing, except the ducks kept nicking our chips.
Thomas has all of a sudden just done a huge leap forward in maturing. Just hit the next level. He has been pretty good lately. Helping me when asked, and doing stuff. He was fantastic at shopping today, and he has been doing stuff with no arguments, like putting his pyjamas under his pillow in the morning, and putting his bowl on the bench. I have promised him we will pick plums tomorrow to make some plum jam. I made some apricot jam today from the cots we picked off our tree the other day. He has also been playing really nicely with Amy.
Amy has also decided that she likes to wear clips in her hair. She actually looked girly today. She had on a skirt, and a sleeveless top (hot pink!) then she came out with her runners for me to put on (which are white with daisies and butterflies). I did that, then she was looking for her clips. It is the only thing I can think she was after, because we had put them on the bench and that is where she was looking. So I showed her some other clips I had, and put them in, and she was happy. She didn't even pull them out. Funny girl. She has all of a sudden gone all girly.
She can also catch a ball. Thomas is so not coordinated like that, but Amy caught it a few times. She has a good arm on her for throwing too. I think she is going to be more sporty than Thomas.
Anyway, I should be in bed. My feet are aching, because I haven't worn my runners for a couple of days, which have my orthodic inserts in them, because I have flat feet. I could hardly walk on my right foot last night when I got up to Amy.
Night

Hey girls,
Sorry haven't had a chance to pop in here. We're heading out shortly for a day at the airport, well on the mound near the control tower where the plane spotters go LOL. DH and Ash love it and both wanted me to join them so we're spending a morning there, then off to maccas for lunch which has opened near the mound, and then off to a leather craft store nearby then back home. Going to bring a book to read I think LOL. Times like this I wish we had wireless internet!!

Just quick personals...
Gail, AWESOME pics darl, they look professional!! Well done!! Looks like you've found yourself a new hobby/career??
Rob, thanks for the dates you're in Sydney, will note down in my diary and we can plan a meet up for sure. Wonder if Tanya can score a trip down to Sydney then too
Rene, enjoy Tuross Lakes. Not sure where that is though LOL.
AJ, glad to hear that Mackala is ok. SIGH on the stares she got at the shops. At least no one came up to you to comment LOL. You know how some people can't help themselves?
Caroline, awww on Max having constipation. Sounds like soy is the way to go for him then, especially if Jack and Charla were the same. Wow on how much he's grown. He's actually a little bigger than Ash when she was born so he's doing fantastic!!
OMG DH just called me to have a look at something and he was standing over our bed. There was one of those tiny lizards and it was squashed flat, right where DH would have been lying, PMSL, poor thing but EEKKK grose!!! Reminds me of a time I woke with one squashed in my hand. This was going back years ago when I was in tech. Wonder if its some kind of sign LOL.
Ok gotta go. Will be back later this afternoon/tonight

That was weird. I jumped on to see if anyone had posted on EB, and it was showing no new posts. So I came in to note that everyone else had a life except me, and Bernie's post was there, and had been since 8am this morning.
I am talking to an old school friend on FB at the moment. I just found out that another friend from school in engaged, to one of the blokes that used to be in our 'group'. Funny. I got a laugh out of it. They are a likely pair though, and I am so happy that they have found each other again finally after all this time.
Anyway, I better go. I have stuff that needs doing, like a son to get dressed, and to tidy up. I have last nights dishes to go away, and the brekky dishes to put into the dishwasher. I am deabting about hanging out the clothes, it is pretty misty here. But I guess they are better out on the line, than in the machine. I also have to pull the dogs blankets out of the kennel and give them a good wash. They haven't been done in a while!

Hello all.
Sorry I haven't been in much. I've had work and both the girls have been driving me nuts not to mention me attempting to declutter and clean the house.
I had to go to the doctors to get my RTA forms filled out to say I am right to drive, what a HASSLE! The doctor said they couldn't fill out the forms till they had the notes from my doctor which they should already have. I have had to ring my specialist to fax through the letter saying I am fit to drive. If I don't get this sorted out, my licence will be suspended until they get the forms. While there I had a bruise on Taleisha's back looked at. I noticed it just before we left for our trip and it's still there, with a firm lump underneath on her lower back. She had an u/s done and I heard the specialist and sonographer saying it could be an infected cyst. I don't get the results till tomorrow and I can't get to the doctors till about 4 pm. I feel so sick now. I'll talk to Shane but, I really don't want to go to work tomorrow, I would rather get the u/s results back so I can put my mind at rest.
Sorry for no personals, I just had to get it out.
hugs, Tanya.

Rob, hope you had a productive day decluttering!! Its a great feeling hey? I would have liked more time, my hols are passing too quickly LOL. Might have a chance to do more on Sunday maybe, if I can get DH to take Ash for the day to his parents place again LOL. That would be awesome if we can meet up. Should try to contact the other sydney girls as well
Tanya, oh no about Taleisha's lumpy bruise. Am thinking of you darl. Please let us know how you go tomorrow. And don't blame you for not wanting to go to work. Can you take carer's leave or something??
Caroline, fingers crossed that the change to soy fixes Max's poos

We've had a great day out at the airport. Didn't get home till 4pm!! Got to the mound at about 10am and we were there for 3 hours or close to it. DH and Ash were so excited LOL. I had a lovely time in the back seat reading

Went for lunch afterwards at maccas and then went to the leather craft shop and then home at last.

don't think i will be buying Happy meals for a while

I also mowed the front and back lawn's so im and soooo buggered... about to go for a shower now
Had to laugh at you sitting in the back seat reading.. hehe... Enjoy your mum's cooking... im just pulling something out of freezer as Brett's off working on his boat (looks like it's going in on the w/e

Tanya, thinking of you today darl. Will check in this afternoon/evening when I get back. huge hugs
Rob, well done on your huge clean up. Its such a good feeling to declutter hey? I really need to do lots more, am now wishing I'd taken 3 weeks off rather than 2 LOL. But then I'd probably always wish my hols were longer anyway. LOL about Cody's room and little bits and pieces she's collected. With Ash, I'm forever finding wipes scattered around the place. Not sure what the fascination is, she loves to pull one out, pretend to 'wash the walls' with a wipe PMSL

Just popping in to see if there was any news from Tanya on Taleisha. I am so hoping that she is just busy and hasn't had a chance to get on to let us know!
haven't really done much today. Both kids were up at 6.30am again this morning. They seem to have reset their body clocks on me, though with Amy it works out well, because she has 2 sleeps, one about 8.30am to 10.30am, then about 2pm. Thomas has been in bed at 7.30pm the last couple of nights, and it has made a huge difference. Amy has also slept through the past couple of nights!

Not that it helped, I was on this thing until late the other night, and I paid for it. This morning I was up at 6am, and I could hardly keep my eyes open. When Amy went for her morning nap, instead of me getting stuff done, I flaked on the couch, whilst Thomas literally sat on top of me and watched tv. I just couldn't keep my eyes open. It made a huge difference. It should have too, I virtually slept for another hour and a half.
I spent this afternoon, washing, and cleaning - Thomas did help me - and discovering I had a mouse in the house. Scared the living crap out of me. It wasn't so much that I am scared of mice, it more that I wasn't expecting it to be there. So I moved one of the bait boxes from under the sink into the front loungeroom. So hopefully the little buggers will have a good gnaw on the stuff and then depart!!
So that is about it. I did wash the dog bedding for the first time in ages. To be fair, the dogs normally live inside, so the only time they are in their kennel, is when they are outside. I had to soak on blanket after washing it, and the other two dried so quick, I was able to put them back. I also put away all my apricot jam. I have about 20 jars worth. Probably enough for a couple of years, by the time I make some plum, strawberry and raspberry jams.
Okay, I am going to head off to bed. I am tired, and I know I will be up early again tomorrow, as Thomas is off to creche.
Night.

Hey all, sorry it took so long to get back here. I still went to work today so, once kid pick was done, etc etc.. I am finally on here.
Taleisha has a sebaceous cyst on her lower back which will require her having local anaestetic, them removing the cyst and putting stictches in her little back

. I know I have gone through worse but, I just feel like crap!
This is what the sonographers report says
"A 1.5x1.1x0.7 cm diameter lesion is demonstrated in the right lower back. The lesion is subcutaneous, has a smooth wall, with heterogenous interior. It enhances posteriorly. No internal blood flow could be demonstrated. Appearences suggest a sebaceous cyst."
The girls go to their fathers for 4 days as of Monday so, I will wait till they come back before I get the cyst removed. I want to take time off work and not send Taleisha to FDC to give the wound time to heal properly with less risk of infection so it will hopefully heal faster. Can't believe this is happening. Have I mentioned Shane will need surgery? The infection Shane got around his earlobe before our flight never cleared up despite rounds of a/b's and once his ear is as cleared up as it can possibly get, he will also need to have some sort of surgery on his ear to get it back to normal. I'm trying very hard not to think of these things as a negative, I don't want anymore repeats of the seemingly constant sickness of the last couple of years, in particular, last year.
Thank you so much to all of your support

I really can't put into words what it means to me

.

Tanya - It is hard when our babies are sick or have something that they need operating on. I remember how sick I felt when I realised that Thomas was scared of needles. I'd be worried if you weren't feeling like that. At least it is a cyst and not worse.
I hope Shane's ear clears up. Not good about having to have it operated on. I know how you feel about the constant sickness. I think we have finally got over it here. November/December was shocking here for being sick. It just didn't stop. It seemed that the kids would get over one thing, then the next would hit. Hopefully between now and school, the kids will have a chance to get over everything.
Okay, I am off to bed now.

Hi Girls,
I have been flat out here but couldn't not post to Tanya.
I am sure that T will be fine ... just keep up the pain relief for her. Would it help for her to have a new dolly to take with her to the procedure ... as a little reward for being brave.
I have one here which I am happy to pop in the post today ... It would reach you by monday I am sure. Pm me your addy if you want.
I am just trying to stay at home today and catch up on all the housework that seems to have been neglected lately.

Tanya, sorry to hear about T, like the others im sure she will be ok, but still i know if it was one of mine i would be worried just the same KWIM.. We will be thinking of both of you when she goes in and get's operated on.. and Shane goodluck for him too..
Caz, Are you back doing your course yet?
Caroline, oh Wow to the similarities to Jack and Max...
Laura, Love the new sig.. i should get a new one done soon as well... Should ask my GF who took the photo's to do one for me as she has all the photo's on her computer..
Hey forgot to say i have found some new AWESOME cream.. it's called
Moo Goo and OMG you should see Marli's skin.. it has cleared up so much, but the last couple of day's her skin has broken out as it's been really hot (not today though) and even i have been scratching..
Well i got the boat registered yesterday and the Trailer so now they can put it in the water legally and also tow it legally (they use to just use our box trailer number plate

) But i just got a phone call to say i didn't sign something so need to go back up and do that soon..
Also take Cody to the optometrist to get her glasses fixed as she keeps looking over the top of them instead of through them.. Grr..
Well better go still in my de cluttering mode but just haven't had a chance to do any more grrr.. ah that's life hey..

Hey Rob,
Thanks for the comps on the signature. I am quite happy with it. I have another one I made with Amy in this morning. I am going to try and do one with Thomas as well. Then I can swap them around.
I am glad to hear about Marli's skin too. I've noticed a little excema on the backs of Amy's legs. So I have been putting some Pawpaw cream on it. The non-petrochemical version.
Woohoo on the boat being registered.
Hey Caroline. I could actually see Charla in those pics of Max and jack. Maybe it is because I am more familiar with Charla as a baby??!!
Amy is asleep in bed. I am trying to cut her breast feeds down to 2 a day, one in the morning and one before bed. It isn't really happening, but she seems more interested in having milk out of a cup than Thomas was.
Okay, I better go.

Hey girls,
Tanya, poor Taleisha needing an op to remove the cyst. Glad its just a cyst though kwim? Can totally understand why you're upset though darl, anything to do with our precious kiddies makes us worry and I know all of us would rather go through procedures ourselves and sit by and have it done to our little darlings. Just know we're all here for you darl and Taleisha will be great, she'll probably fair better than Mummy LOL. I like Caz's idea about a new doll or something to take with her to the op
Laura, love our new sig, very cute

Poor Amy with eczema on the back of her legs. I've heard good things about paw paw cream too.
Rob,
on the boat being registered. Now no more excuses hey? LOL. That moo goo stuff sounds great. I should tell one of my friends about it as she suffers from severe eczema poor darl, not sure if she would have tried it yet. Is it from the chemist?? Hmmm on your stall in decluttering. I'm exactly the same. Want and need to do so much more around here but SO hard with Ash underfoot, I'm sure you know exactly what I mean LOL. I think the next chance I get to declutter will be Sunday when DH takes Ash to his parent's place. Until then, I'm left to early mornings or after Ash goes to bed at night
Caroline, Awwww such a cute pic of Jack as a bub! I can see similarities between Charla and Max more but then like Laura, we're more familiar with Charla as a bub then Jack anyway!! You should get a pic of Jack, Charla and Max as newborns and put them side by side. Bet you can see similiarites right across all 3!! How's Max going with soy formula? Hope he's pooing ok now

Well yesterday was a fab day!! Went to the art gallery with my sis to see the monet exhibition which was beautiful, then we had some lunch and headed back here to the local shopping centre where we shopped all afternoon. Was nice to have a girls day out. Had a very nice time. Then this morning, I took Ash with me to a coffee shop to meet up with a GF who's visiting from o/s. That was great, catching up and Ash was happy with her babycino. LOL. Afterwards, I met my sis again for an hour as she happened to be nearby. Then Hubby met us for lunch and we're now back home chilling out. BIL and his wife and DD are coming by in an hour to pick something up. I might head across and buy us some sushi for dinner perhaps...
Anyway, hope you're all enjoying your day!!!

Sounds like you had a lovely day yesterday, Bernie.
I meant to tell you ages ago, that I love that sig of Ash. Mind you I think Ash is gorgeous anyway. So contemplative though.
The pawpaw cream I use is
pure nutraceuticals. It only took about two days to settle it down.
Amy is up and I have to go soon, down the line.

Laura, Oh cool, i love seeing new sig's.. i have emailed my GF and she will do one for me.. she is yet to teach me PS but she's been so busy i won't hassel her till i know she's so quiet in work lol..
Yes im very happy with Marli's skin ATM.. but i just saw just now it's all yukky today worse than yesterday but still heaps better than what it has been.. so can't complain too much.. I won't use the Paw Paw ointment as it's not natural its like Vaseline (petroleum based) so that's out for us...
Berny, No i had to order it from the www site i put up before.. it got it 2 day's later, about to do another order.. Yeh if you saw my house today man it's feral, i only just got home now so am about to start "something" not sure what lol.. but watch then it will be time to leave and go to Little Ath's (if it's on as the weather is sh*t here today)
Glad you had a good time at the Art Gallery, sounds good, and then you went and did something differnt hey, shopping
Well better go and do my house work
BBL hopefully

Laura, awww thanks darl, I do love that pic of Ash for that exact reason

Thanks for the link to the pawpaw cream. I'm going to send it to my GF in case she wants to try something different. Poor darl has been to so many dermatologists and had so many allergy tests. I don't think I've known anyone to have so many allergies
Rob, can't wait to see your new sig. I think your photographer friend is incredibly talented. Love those pics of your girls. If we were closer I'd book in for some pics with her...although she may have a little more trouble getting Ash to smile and stand still for the camera than your girls

but I bet she's used to that anyway hey? PMSL about you putting the link to the website in your post. You know I didn't even notice it was a link, just saw moo goo. LOL. Will send that link to my GF as well

Yep had a great day yesterday girls, just so nice to spend a kidless day out! And its been ages since I've headed into the city so that was quite nice. Today's been pretty fun too. We've just had DH's twin bro and his wife and DD over for a little while. The girls played in Ash's room, really cute to watch.
Anyway, DH is about to head out to the bottle shop. We're running low on reds so he's going to stock up on afew bottles and then hopefully get some kind of takeout for dinner

Have a lovely night everyone!!!

Caroline, awww glad to hear that Max pooed on his own today. I bet the doc was happy with him too, he sounds like he's doing fantastically well!! YAY on him sleeping so much. Hopefully thats given you a chance to rest a little yourself...although I suppose thats difficult with Jack and Charla still the mind. Hope alls going well though and that your c/s scar is healing nicely too

Am just chilling out to a dvd called 'The librarian - Quest for the spear'. Stars Noah Wyles (from ER) LOL. Not sure if it'll turn out to be a good movie or not. Enjoying a red though and some pate and jatz

Hey girls,
Had a great day today with DH and Ash. We went out for lunch to our fave spot for Hainan Chicken Rice. If you girls haven't tried it, highly recommend it but would need to find somewhere that makes a decent one LOL. We've tried it out in afew different places and this fave place of ours is the best we've been able to find!!
Anyway, after lunch we shopped for a little bit or rather as much as we could get away with with Ash in tow, although she was pretty good today and walked for most of the time we were out. Glad as she is getting heavy now and won't be long before I can't carry her at all LOL.
Caroline, WOOHOO on Charla TT'ing. Its so exciting when they surprise you by getting it so quickly hey? Ash was the same, I couldn't believe it when she'd gotten it within a couple of days. She still has a pull up on overnight but most mornings she wakes dry now too, we just need to be brave and leave undies on her for overnight but not quite ready yet kwim? LOL!! Glad to hear that your c/s scar is healing nicely. Yep plan this year is to get our own place and then TTC as there just isn't any room for another here in this tiny unit we're in. Hopefully it all works out this year as I am getting hugely clucky!!

Gonna finish off the red from last night now...may have to open a new one as well because I don't think there is much left, not enough for DH and I anyway LOL. Will BB in the mornng. Got the day to myself tomorrow and am just trying to see if my sis can meet me or not. Otherwise I'll be home cleaning and sorting which is what I really need to do but if my sis is free, I'm grabbing the opportunity to meet up. I can clean and sort on Monday LOL.

Been up since 7.30am, thought I'd do abit of tidying etc in the quiet. Ash woke at 9.30am

so had a good couple of hours cleaning/sorting. DH and Ash are headed to his parent's place for the day and I'm meeting my sis at lunchtime so will do abit more around here after they leave before I go meet my sis.
Can't believe my 2 weeks hol is almost over. Last day is tomorrow and I go back to work on Tuesday. Gee I should have taken 3 weeks off PMSL but I know I'd want more even after 3 weeks. I might look at having another break soon but that depends on whats happening with work. I will have to wait and see I think. Do have lots of leave owing me though. Was hoping to take it to use when we're moving into our new place but have to find our new place first LOL.
Hope everyone has a lovely day planned
