One of my old friends married into a greek family and she made some really nice dishes that i would love to make but i cant remember what they were called or how she made them.
The first one was eggplant with lamb mince, like layers in a scopped out half of an eggplant. And the other was a vegetarian lasagna i think with, grilled capsicum, eggplant, tomatoes with riccota or fetta on the top?
Does anyone know the recipes for these?
Thanks biggrin.gif
