Thank you all for ur kind thoughts after the initial shock we are both not panicing too much not sure if we will still feel like that on the trip to Perth though.

Congratulations to all the others with their scans.

ausktl - Happy Birthday hope u have a great weekend.

Jax - We'll both be trying to make the days go faster til wednesday. One of my scans while pregnant with DD1 was cancelled cos the machine broke, but they didn't tell us for over 90mins that was not a fun wait with a full bladder.

Suziej - Unfortunately DH is half way through a 3 yr contract and if we leave it early we are up for some huge forfeiture fees, so we are here til the end. DH said his boss was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned and has said if we have to stay longer he'll sort it - which is one less worry. Congrats on getting all the hospital stuff done and having a nice doc and midwife.

MissM - Ur daughter is a day younger than my horror, so know exactly what u are going through. Unfortunately I have 2 mummy's girls at the mo and we have heaps of fights over who is getting the closest to mummy. Poor DH can't do right by either of them. DD1 has taken to sitting on my shoulders while I'm sat down, I'm sure she is laying claim to her spot when bubs comes along. But the attitude is amazing for such a young one and DD2 has it too.

Maren - You're braver than me with the in laws. Hope all goes well getting back into ur place and it doesn't feel too odd having had strangers in there. Have a great weekend with DH. I too have had a false reading from an u/s but that was at 38wks with DD2, but I do think that is why we aren't too stressed. Have some friends with SPD and they all really struggled poor things

mich - love the pic, apparently this next u/s is 3d so hopefully I'll get a good pic as well.

Sorry to those I missed and hi to all the newbies. Hope we all have a great weekend and survive without EB.

alibaba~81 i have a private profile on f-book so you cant find me in any searches wink.gif i still get randoms asking to be my friend!
suziej how sweet to have your scan on your 1st date anniversary!
*missm* i was here yesterday and left a post and came back today to read 3 pages! laughing2.gif we are busy some days aren't we wink.gif

To all the ladies who have found out the sex of their babies congrats biggrin.gif
Can i ask were any of you hoping for a certain sex and would you have been dissapointed if it weren't the one you hoped?

We had our checkup with the OB today and we said we weren't going to find out and he joked then it was going to be a boy...... dont know what to make of that??? I'd like a girl ddoh.gif All is good for us i have actually lost 1.5kg from my last appointment which is all good as when i found out we were PG i stopped playing sport 4 times a week and went to walking and started aqua aerobics...the baby was really active this time (thanks to me having 2 mini cherry ripes, ugh at 9am!!), my placenta is on the back of my uterus which means i should start to feel movements shortly and the baby was breech wink.gif

I have been reading but never seem to have time for a proper post!

We have our scan booked for the 27th and will be finding out but I am certain that I am having another boy and will be shocked if they tell me any different.

I love reading and seeing pics from everyone's scans and hearing what you are all having.

I have started feeling more serious movements this week which I am thankful for, its such a lovely feeling.

ausktl - Happy Birthday to you! Hope you are having a fabulous day.

jax - We took Jack to see Ice Age last weekend and he loved it (first experience at the movies).

Suzie - Your OB sounds exactly like the one here, straight to the point and professional. I am also doing shared care and my GP isn't referring me to the OB until 28 weeks, I was sure I saw him earlier with Jack?

IWTBSB - How is your MCN collecting going? I have managed to amass 14 smalls (not even sure I will use yet -oops), 24 mediums and am now starting to collect larges. It's kind of addictive hey.

Aimee - Hope all is perfect with the next scan, how awful to have to wait though.

Mich - Your little man is perfect, such an awesome picture!

Mum2hayden - Sounds like you have a busy weekend ahead of you!

Maren - Great to hear you are all settling back in nicely. The first time around with SPD how did it feel at the start? I have had some hip stiffness and so hope it doesn't turn into this. I have canned the City 2 Surf just in case.

Well thats about all I remember. Off to cook a lovely dinner for DP as he worked from 6.30am to 1.30am yesterday and was back at work the same time today. Poor man needs a break!
