Full Version: can someone tell me how many cups =250gms flour

According to this site it would be 2 cups (125 = 1 cup)

I measured it by spooning the flour into a measuring cup and then into a bowl on the scales and it was approximately 1 and 3/4 cups. If you put in two I don't think it would make very much difference.

Ok its in the oven.....LOL, I havent baked a cake from scratch in years. There seemed to a be a lof mixture for the pan. Not sure of the pan dimensions either.
