Full Version: *fast* eReader?

I have been researching like mad the last couple of days trying to find an eReader that would suit me. The Kogan and Kobo I think would be better for a slow/medium reader, I read fast.

Any other recommendations out there besides the Sony PRS-650? Not interested in the Kindle or Nook and a iPad is way outta my bugdet.

I read fast as and I love my eReader.

You can change the text size settings on the unit, but as far as speed goes, the main thing is what kind of files you save your books as - plain text and word docs read and load much quicker than PDFs, and the PRS-650 can handle all those files without getting cranky.
