Hi everyone,
I just wanted to check I'm looking in the right spot before I ring Telstra.
I downloaded a song through Big Pond music, and I was assuming it should have dowloaded straight into my music folder in my phone. It isn't in there, and I have done multiple downloads of the song and it is nowhere to be found. Am I looking in the right spot or do you think it hasn't downloaded and I need to call Telstra?
Thanks
Megan

Is it in your 'My Music' folder on your computer? That's the only place I can think it would have gone to if it didn't go straight to your phone. original.gif

Did you download it on your computer or on your phone?

If you downloaded it on your computer it will be in My Documents\My Music\Bigpond Music.

You will need to sync it across, or put your HTC into USB drive mode and move it across to your SD card into the Music folder.

I haven't purchased any bigpond music on the handset itself.
