Hi everyone.
A little about us.
I am 38 and am a high school teacher. I have loved kids and always wanted to be a mum. Unfortunately I did the career thing first and didn't meet DH until we were both in our 30s. We met online after he decided to settle down and start a family. He is 40 and a finance type of guy! He is my perfect other half and together we will be great parents!

We were excited to get naturally pregnant a few years ago but unfortunately miscarried at 8-12 weeks. After another year of trying we went to a FS. 1st IUI BFP! Woohoo! Unfortunately miscarried at 8 weeks. We then discovered the reason for miscarriages (i have both the coeliac and leiden factor V genes - both of which are easily treatable to prevent further miscarriages now we know) and headed further along the assisted path with great hope!
Now it is 3 years, 4 IUIs and 5 ICSIs later! After our first FS said we were just unlucky (time and time again)we switched to a local FS ( we relocated to the country mid cycles in an effort to have a better less stressed lifestyle!)
He said that my eggs were most likely no good so that brings us here in search of the generous woman who would like to give us the most amazing gift!

We were so lucky to have a lovely PED contact us shortly after placing our ad, however she has had to pull out for medical reasons so we are back searching for a donor.

DH and I are both very organized and intelligent people. We have University degrees and believe that education is very important in a child's development. Of course a loving and safe environment with strong role modeling from parents is the most important aspect in their lives. We believe that marriage is for life!

We are non-smokers and only occasional drinkers. We live on a 6 acre property 15 minutes outside of town where we raise our few sheep and cows. I am looking forward to spring to start my vegie garden and we have a great neighbor with chickens who keeps me in supply of eggs! We have 3 fur babies - pups aged 1 and a cat aged 12. It is good that they will be trained by the time our precious baby comes along.

DH loves sport - cricket and league especially. I love playing music, needlework and computer games. I also like to chat (I'm guessing you may have guessed that by now!)

I have everything crossed that perhaps through this avenue we can stop being "unlucky" and perhaps be LUCKY for a change and have a generous donor bless us!

Anyway I look forward to meeting our special lady. We currently have a FS who visits us here in town but we do have to go to Sydney for the actual event! We are also registered and cleared down in Tassie!!! We are flexible and can suit our donor's needs.

Thanks for reading!

Hello everyone.
I've been MIA for awhile.
I was lucky enough to have a PED contact me.
We went through all the testing, FS appt, nurses appt and counselling.
Unfortunately my PED had to pull out for personal reasons that I am nmot 100% sure on ...... so here I am, back looking again.

Please PM me with any questions you have that may help you to know if we are the right IPs for you!!

Hi tubette,

I am just popping in to say good luck with your search for an ED. We are on the same journey as you right now so i know how exhausting it can seem at times. Hopefully, all you have wished for is just around the corner and your ED angel finds you very soon. All the best x
