This month marks 2 years of my daughter being on medication to control her epilepsy.
Initially we had hoped that she would only be on medication for 2 years, but now it seems it will be longer, at least another 18 months.
I'm a little sad thinking how great it would be if we were weaning her off it now, I can't wait to say goodbye to it, especially the side-effects (some of which are pretty bad)

On a brighter note though, her beautiful hair seems to have finally recovered from the stress of it all and is looking healthy again, and as she has regained some appetite, her face is filling out and she's just looking better.

Thanks for reading.

I know how you feel Tilly, but don't really know what to say. We have to start Zachary on Steriods soon and that is so so hard to accept.

Anyway, don't want to hijack your thread, just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you original.gif
