DS 17months is a big active toddler and would love something to climb/slide/ play on.

He would love something like this;

Im just a bit ohmy.gif at the price.

Do you reckon its worth it?

What has your experience been with Little Tikes?

I think for the price they grow out of them too quickly however they are good if you pick them up cheap. they are often on ebay:

I have found Little Tikes to withstand pretty touch treatment from my DS. They seem to be a sturdy brand. I also bought on eBay biggrin.gif

I also bought my little tikes climb /slide/ cubby thingy for my twin boys on ebay. I just took the slide off when they were too little to fall off the top and they used it as a cubby. Now they are older the slide is on and they love playing pirates etc.

I bought this off ebay for 180 when they were just over 1.

I think some of the other baby stuff is too small and won't grow with them.

They definitely last. We have a Little Tikes climbing set with slide handed down from SIL that is close to 20 years old. We brought a cheap Toys R Us brand one that lasted 3 years max. My youngest is 5 and just about grown out of it so we are passing it on to my brother.

If you can pick them up cheaper from Ebay they are well worth it.
