Scott Disick "hates" being called Kourtney Kardashian's "baby daddy" just because the pair have children out of wedlock.
QUOTE
Speaking on Khloe Kardashian's radio show 'Mix Up with Khloe Kardashian Odom', he said: "I'd like to be referred to as the child's father. I hate that term baby daddy!"
Kourtney has previously claimed that despite pressure from her mother Kris Jenner to marry Scott, she isn't bothered about tying the knot, as she is happy with her "family unit".
"I definitely don't want to get married just for the sake of getting married. This is my life. I don't need a piece of paper to make it a family unit. I don't want to get married right now and I don't have to listen to my mom or anyone else!"
http://www.skynews.com.au/showbiz/article....727426&vId=I'm not really a fan of his but I have to agree with him on this one. And I think Kourtney seems pretty normal (as normal as she could be as part of that family!). I may be the only one though

He annoys the cr*p out of me and its frustrating to see her keep going back to him, she seems smarter than that. Maybe love really is blind.
But I agree with him on this one. HATE the term baby-daddy. Its awful.

First time I've ever heard of the term "baby daddy".
Can't say I like it though. Surely child's father is more appropriate?

I agree it's a terrible term, but interesting that its been used for years to denigrate the role of women - the original term was 'baby mama' - and now it's applying to men, people are finally objecting!
Let's agree to give up the term and acknowledge parents as the real people and parents that they are - but let's do it for women as well as men!

The term baby daddy is extremely disrespectful unless it's joking, and that's only if the person enjoys the joke.
You don't have to be a married person to be a legitimate father, it diminishes the family unit to treat committed domestic partners as less. The children don't perceive their parents as less because they aren't married until they start experiencing societal pressure. I remember going on a holiday with a church group, we were sole parent family, one of the married women said the larger rooms were for families. Mum was like wtf, we are a family, how dare you say that. It's sad people think like that, like there's something missing unless you conform to a standard.
I was often suprised at how my family was viewed when we weren't married, having a stable secure family is a much larger commitment then just a wedding day.

I could maybe understand the term baby daddy if they weren't together and he had nothing to do with the child. Otherwise he is definitely the child's father and deserves to be recognised as such.

I love Scott! Yes he was a douche before but god he cracks me up now! He tries so hard to please Kourtney in everyway shape and form and adores Mason!
I think Scott is a good dad and not deserving of that lame title "baby daddy".
Good on Kourtney for sticking to her guns and not wanting to get married.... you just have to look at where it got Kim!
Marriage does not = family unit.

Agreed! He really does seem to be giving it a good go recently. And the man is hilarious

The man is funny. It's guilty pleasure of mine to watch the show on fri nights. It really is so inane, but he makes it watchable. He seriously cracks me up. Anyone remember the cane he usd to walk around with lol.
As for the term baby daddy, I thought it was used mostly on shows like springer. Ridiculous title just like baby mama.

yep, he cracks us up as well.OH can't stand the rest of them, though being in hospitality he wasn't impressed the episode Scoot shoved the dollar bills in the waiter's mouth.
I on the other hand cannot stand Kris Jenner with that whole episode that she was trying to cram marriage down Kourtney's throat...not about a stable family unit.It was because otherwise she would look bad in front of her friend's, saying it was embarrassing.
I think Scott and Bruce are the only sane ones in that family.

I loved the cane, what about the baby grand he purchased for the New York appartment and the really expensive robe.
My DP HATES the Kardashians but loves watching it when scott is on!
