Does anyone know what type of discounts are usually offered at the baby expo's for mcns - I see this year has Issy bear, itti bitti, pea pods and a few others but not sure if it's worth going as I wouldn't be interested in anything else and there are such good deals online it might not be worth the trip unsure.gif

TBH no, not really. I had free tix to both Sydney expo's last year. There were some specials but nothing really super dooper. It was like buy 6 of these and get a free wetbag. You often had to buy a lot or buy one particular nappy type, I think Bambooty were pushing their new OSFM. I did get some discontinued itti's at one expo but I think that was just by chance.

If you stalk their FB pages and join their mailing lists quite often you'll get just as good deals. It's too late now but itti had some fabulous deals in March as part of the cloth hunt (which didn't actually happen). There's another hunt in September but you prob dont' want to wait til then.

There are some okay deals. Itti Bitti usually do a 20% off, or free item on their trial packages, or free shipping...
Bambooty usually do a 'three for the price of two' type deal.

It can be worth it if you're looking to spend a lot of money, but if you're only wanting to pick up one or two nappies then the savings aren't really worth it (IMO). It IS worth going to check them out to see them in person though, especially if it's a brand you've never tried or seen before.
