was this a specific store because my target at castle plaza SA didnt have the 40% off. didnt have anything off :-(

Yes - Iwent looking in 2 different targets today. They are having one off specials - different each day. You can get a flyer about the daily specials from the front door greeter.
They normally post on their facebook page what the deal is each day but they only do it on some days of the week not everyday.
