My parents are 15 minutes drive - we see them 1-2 times most weeks. If we happen to go a fortnight my Mum comment that she misses us!! It's been less frequent in the past before the baby came. Mum loves baby and can't keep away:).

My parents live 40min-1 hour drive away and see their granddaughter about once a week but are very happy to see her more often if they can. My inlaws live about two hours or more drive away and see her about once a month but would prefer to see her more often.

All grandparents are awesome here, constant love for their granddaughter, constant cuddles.

My sister is interstate, so has only met her twice, and feels sad about it, would prefer to see her more.

My BIL has never met her, but did ring up the other day for the first time in six months (we have been trying to get his number, he never even responded to her birth announcement - he literally said 'that's nice, now I have to tell you about my new car!') to ask for my partner's lego...as the person he is staying with has a child and he thinks the kid would like it dry.gif

The kid probably would, but he got surprised when his brother said the Lego was being kept for his daughter. He'd forgotten he had a niece at all.

We see them every couple of months. That's plenty.

My parents live two suburbs away. My mum comes over once a week, and we go to my parents place one afternoon/evening a week. We often also see them at church on a Sunday too, and maybe another time during the week.

My inlaws live a seven hour drive away. My MIL stays with us every few months. My FIL every second or third of those visits (he owns his own business so it's hard to get away often). We go stay with them three or so times a year. We'd see them more if they lived closer, obviously. We skype/facetime once a week or so.
