But now i am confused about the number of calories I am supposed to eat
Initially, Calorie King told me 1330 calories per day for weight loss - all good, can do that easy enough (although have had to make a few changes to get the balance of fat/protein/carbs right). But then I add in the exercise for the day and it seems to be indicating that I need to eat back all of those calorie! For example, today I will do a Pump Class and a Core Class + walking so I have entered that in this morning when I put in my breakast/coffee/morning tea - and it is still saying I have 1996 calories remaining for the day!
There is no way I could eat over 2000 calories per day. Plus, wouldn't it be better to have a bigger calorie deficit?
Any explanations/experiences are appreciated
