I get parenting payment partnered, and FTB A and B (Haven't been employed, only a volunteer AO)
DH works a casual job and rarely gets any centrelink payment (He will be cut off it soon).
Do I have to lodge a tax return? Thank you

Depends how much you earnty from the parenting payment & if there has been tax withheld.
If they haven't withheld any tax, then nope, just give the ATO a call to notify them that you don't need to lodge a return for that year, simply so centrelink wont start chasing you for one down the track.
