Aldi, please don't let these sleeping bag onesies be an April Fools' Day joke

Comfort and warmth! Style? Not so much.
Comfort and warmth! Style? Not so much.

Stop what you're doing and listen up, because we've found the ultimate winter must-have: sleeping bag onesies.

Yep, we hear you - just take our money.

According to Aldi Mum, who gave us the hot tip via her Facebook page, they're on sale at Aldi this Saturday, April 1.

Feast your eyes on these beauties in all their warm and comfy glory.

How happy is the guy in blue?

These genius all-in-ones have removable zippered feet and an "easy access" hand pouch - perfect for clutching your takeaway coffees while freezing your eyebrows off during Saturday morning soccer.

They're not just perfect for us soccer mums, either. The possibilities are endless.

I've never been camping in my life - and frankly, until this moment, I've never wanted to. But these sleeping bag onesies would render a tent in the middle of nowhere a veritable glamping experience.

Oh, and sitting in front of the TV in your Snuggie is so 2008. Imagine how much better Netflix binges would be, all wrapped up in one of these.

They even have an elastic waistband for a "comfortable fit"!

Sold.

Now, if you're a seasoned Aldi shopper you'll know that if you want to get your hands on one of these babies you'll have to get in early.

Remember the pandemonium when Collette Dinnigan's Young Hearts fashion line went on sale at Aldi back in 2015? Complete and utter chaos reigned with mums queuing for hours before opening time to snag a bargain. And the same thing happens ever year during Aldi's annual snow-gear sale, (AKA Aldi's "craziest day of the year"), an event often culminating in fisticuffs over helmets and goggles.

Kids' clothing and ski gear have nothing on these glorious sleeping bags, however, so don't say we didn't warn you.

And look, we have noted that the sale is this Saturday which happens to be April Fools' Day. Nevertheless, we really really hope it's not Fake News.

Don't go breaking our hearts, Aldi. We need these in our lives. Stat.
