Victoria Beckham has praised working mothers in a rare and candid interview about family life and motherhood.
"As a working mother, you should never feel guilty, you should feel proud. You're inspiring your children in the right way, being a strong woman going to work," the fashion designer, former Spice Girl and mum of four said.
"Because when you're a busy mum you don't really have a lot of time to really, really relax."
The 42-year-old mum to Brooklyn, 18, Romeo, 14, Cruz, 12, and Harper, 5, said soccer legend David was her biggest influence.
"The biggest influence in my life would definitely be David. He's an incredible husband, he's a fantastic father, he does an enormous amount of philanthropic work, so he inspires me every day," she said.
She also spoke about her love for London, LA and travelling with her children.
"I'm very, very proud to be British. I love being in London," she said.
"But going to LA is always great so that's when I'm not really working so that's really family time where we can hike and we can surf and we can just hang out and have fun.
"I really do encourage the children to travel. They're very, very fortunate. They know they're blessed, very lucky."
She said she had more travel planned for this year, as well as kicking more goals professionally.
"There are so many things I want to do this year, professionally and personally, so many incredible places that I would like to take the children," Victoria said.
"As a family, we want to explore, as the children are getting older, and they still want to come on holidays with us, we really want to see places that we've never seen before."
The British designer has also appeared on the front cover of the April edition of InStyle, telling the magazine she was proud of her achievements.
"I'm really proud of what I achieved with the Spice Girls, but I'm also proud of everything I have done with my brand. So that meant a lot to me, you know? That's Tom Ford saying, 'We look at you as a credible designer,' which was very cool," she said.
