Avocado dip

An easy dip for the kids to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed with a fork
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • Squeeze lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 1/2 to 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Method

Mix all the ingredients and season to taste. Store in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap. Keeps for 1-2 days.

Dollop on Carrot fritters (see featured recipe).
