This very easy to make healthy snack for the kids is always a winner. You tend to always have the ingredients on hand, it looks and tastes good so the kids love to eat it. Bananas give a sustained and substantial boost of energy, as they are a quick source of carbohydrate, so this makes a perfect after school snack before they kids need to head out to their sports training.

1 tbsp sesame seeds
Spread the nut butter over the banana, sprinkle with sesame seeds, then slice.
