300g pitted dried dates
200g dried bananas, chopped
130g walnuts
2 tbsp tahini
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
3 tbsp puffed quinoa

Method

1. Line a 21-centimetre-square container with baking paper.

2. Soak the dates in water for 10 minutes then drain.

3. Place the dates, banana, walnuts, tahini and vanilla in a food processor and process to a paste (it's fine if it still has some texture). Add the sesame seeds and quinoa and fold through the paste.
