1 bunch garlic chives, trimmed, and cut into finger lengths
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1 punnet pear cherry tomatoes
1 bunch chives, finely chopped
Handful watercress, leaves picked
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Blanch the garlic chives in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain, place in a bowl with the tomatoes, chives and watercress.
Whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, pour over the salad and toss. Season to taste.
