Fruit and avocado yoghurt ice blocks
Blend yoghurt, avacado and fruit puree together to make a yummy iceblock snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- ½ avocado, pip and skin removed
- ½ cup sugar-free fruit puree
Method
In a food processor add the yoghurt, avocado with the sugar-free fruit and blend until smooth.
Pour into ice-block moulds and freeze until firm.
