- 1 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- desiccated coconut, extra
Combine the apricots, coconut and condensed milk in a bowl and mix well.
Roll 2 teaspoons of the mixture into a small ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Roll the balls in the extra desiccated coconut. Refrigerate until set.
