Avocado and cheese spaghetti

- 1 cup plain or wholemeal flour
- 1 egg
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
Homemade spaghetti with avocado and cheese.
Place the flour over a clean surface and make a well in the centre. Put the egg, the mashed avocado, the grated cheese and the cottage cheese in the well and combine all together with both hands, making a dough. Add water as necessary to get a soft dough that is not sticky.
Knead on a floured surface until dough is soft and nice, adding extra flour if needed. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out to 2 mm thick and cut as wide as desired.
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente, drain and combine with any sauce (tomato sauce, cheesy sauce, creamy sauce, etc.)
